First, it is important to me that I just say thank you to all who have shown their kindness and offered great support in my last post London Story 1. It cheered me up immensely and in contrast to the "bad" it's great to feel the "good" in people. Thanks folks!Well we arrived in London on the Friday afternoon. We had left a cold, wet and windy Germany behind us and stepped into the warmth, sunny blue skies of England. Very unusual but hey I was not complaining. We arrived at Stansted Airport, which is a little out of London. With the Stansted Express you are in approx. 45 minutes at Liverpool Street station, which is in the heart of London. Just for those traveling for the first time to London, the fares for a return are rather high but it really is the best and most comfortable way to get to the city.
