Bollywood Cooking

BollywoodCookingBollywood Cooking often means I am swinging the Karahi in my kitchen dancing to my favorite Hindi music. When I was still living with my parents many years ago, my mother did all the cooking. She and my nani (grandmother) were exceptional cooks. Moving to Germany several years ago I craved the traditional and classic Punjabi dishes I grew up on, so I began cooking my own favorite dishes. In this section I recreate the recipes I have been handed down from my mother and nani, adding my own touch to the dish. I hope this section animates you to create some of your own Bollywood magic in your kitchen.
